Irishman’s Loop

  • Location: Newport Station, West Hants

    Duration: 3-6km

Apple Capital Heritage Trail

  • Location: Berwick, Kings County

    Duration: 3-10km

    Trail Description: Part of the Harvest Moon Trail, enjoy the beauty of Nova Scotia’s Apple Capital.

Bigelow Nature Trail

  • Location: Canning, Kings County

    Duration: 2.5km

    Trail Description: A neat little community trail, that follows along farmland and a brook. The looped path has a mixture of inclines, bridges, and forest bed. And you won’t want to miss the chance to spot the colourful palette of nearby wildflowers.

Black Rock Community Trail

  • Location: Black Rock, Kings County

    Duration: 5km

    Trail Description: A beautiful mixed trail and home to one of the best outdoor washrooms around! From a classic forest bed, to an old logging road, a ravine, and more. At the right time of the year, you’ll have a chance to snack on berries right from the bush!

Caribou Bog Trail

  • Location: Aylesford, Kings County

    Duration: 3-10km

    Trail Description: Part of the Harvest Moon Trail, you’ll have the option to head west towards Middleton, or east towards Berwick.

Cornwallis River Greenway

  • Location: Coldbrook, Kings County

    Duration: 3-10km

    Trail Description: Part of the Harvest Moon Trail, you’ll have the option to head west towards Berwick, or east towards Kentville.

Crystal Falls

  • Location: Greenwood, Kings County

    Duration: 3.7km

    Trail Description: A local favourite! Enjoy the semi-forested trail loop towards Crystal Falls.

Grand Pré Harvest Moon Trail

  • Location: Grand Pré, Kings County

    Duration: 3-10km

    Trail Description: The start of the Harvest Moon Trail, we’ll head west towards Wolfville. Along the way, you’ll see views of Cape Blomidon in the distance, and maybe even spot an eagle or two. Of course, you won’t want to miss out on a glimpse of the famous Acadian Commemorative Church.

Grand Pré Trail

  • Location: Grand Pré, Kings County

    Duration: 10km

Foote’s Woods

  • Location: Woodville, Kings County

    Duration: 3-6km

Millennium Trail

  • Location: Wolfville, Kings County

    Duration: 3.5-5km

    Trail Description: If you’ve ever wanted to capture the breathtaking view of Cape Blomidon, this hike is perfect for you. Enjoy the hilly forest canopy that will take us to the look off. Once we make it to Reservoir Park, we’ll enjoy a nice flat loop before heading back down the Millennium Trail to the parking lot.

Miners Marsh (with Eaves Hollow option)

  • Location: Kentville, Kings County

    Duration: 1.5-5km

    Trail Description: A flat trail, with a fantastic opportunity to spot a variety of birds and flora! This hike will take you around Miners Marsh loop, before making our way to Eaves Hollow and back. This is a great beginner hike, which can be shortened to accommodate lower levels of fitness.

The Gorge

  • Location: Kentville, Kings County

    Duration: 1.3-3.5km

    Trail Description: We call it the Gorge-ous for a reason! This trail includes a hilly loop, forested side trails, and a calming ravine. Plus, you’re sure to spot a range of fungi, and maybe even a few ghost pipes!

Woodland Trail

  • Location: Wolfville, Kings County

    Duration: 2.5km

Annapolis Royal Harvest Moon Trail

  • Location: Annapolis Royal, Annapolis County

    Duration: 3-10km

    Trail Description: The end of the Harvest Moon Trail.

Heart of the Valley Trail 

  • Location: Middleton, Annapolis County

    Duration: 3-10km

    Trail Description: Part of the Harvest Moon Trail, you’ll have the option to head west towards Annapolis Royal, or east towards Berwick.

Nictaux River Trail Loop

  • Location: Nictaux, Annapolis County

    Duration: 4km
